Our Method
Eagle Society’s core program is the Impact Cycle—a selective, executive-level fellowship built around immersive, place-based experiences.
Each Impact Cycle combines course-like rigor, peer fellowship, and real-world engagement, bringing big ideas to life and converting insight into action. Guided by a Pathfinder—inspired by Benjamin Franklin and grounded in curiosity, aspiration, judgment, and practical wisdom—participants explore complex questions, test assumptions in context, and deepen understanding alongside others committed to civic leadership.
Impact Cycles don’t end when participants return home. They continue through ongoing ventures, partnerships, and sustained engagement, extending impact well beyond the experience itself.
The Five-E Model
We believe a free society must be understood, renewed, and stewarded—leader by leader, generation by generation. America 250 is a reminder—not an occasion—that this stewardship is a daily duty.
Exposure – Introducing a defining idea or challenge around human flourishing and civic responsibility.
Education – Deep learning through place-based experience, dialogue, and curated resources.
Enablement – Providing tools, relationships, and pathways to act—through philanthropy, policy, or leadership.
Engagement – Sustained involvement in stewarding values and addressing challenges.
Evangelism – Participants become ambassadors, amplifying impact through their networks and example.
This is how individual transformation becomes collective change. We take the work seriously. We also believe a great dinner and a great question can move a person further than another panel ever will.
